Hammer nutrition Bike Course
Long Course - 80km
OlyFest - 40km
SprintFest - 20m
Competitors will be required to complete 4 x 20km laps for the Long Course event, 2 x 20km laps for the OlyFest event and 1 x 20km lap for the SprintFest event.
The bike course is a 20km loop around the stunning Rottnest Island and heads in a Clockwise direction. The course is scenic, fast and technical. The course has small rolling undulations and some tight corners.
There are no vehicles allowed on Rotto apart from the local Authority and the bus service which all travel in the same direction. Keep your eyes out for the odd Quokka, and 2 railway level crossings.
Competitors will be required to complete 4 x 5km laps for the Long Course event, 2 x 5km laps for the OlyFest event and 1 x 5km lap for the SprintFest event.
The run course is an out and back 5km course taking in some of the most spectacular scenery on Rottnest Island including The Basin and The Lighthouse. The course is relatively flat with only a couple undulations and is a mixture of footpaths and road.
Enticerfest and kidsfest Course
EnticerFest - 150m swim / 6km bike / 1.5km run
KidsFest - 75m swim / 3km bike / 1km run
EnticerFest Competitors will be required to complete 1 x 150m loop for the swim, 1 x 6kmkm laps for the Bike and 4 x 500m laps for the Run.
KidsFest Competitors will be required to complete 1 x 75m loop for the swim, 2 x 1.5km laps for the bike and 2 x 500m laps for the Run.
The course is a straight forward out and back multi lap flat course, whether its your first triathlon or your still building your confidence, this is the perfect course for you.
Multiple laps makes spectating easy, be sure to capture those photo opportunities!!
Rocket Science Swim Course
Long Course - 2km
OlyFest - 1500m
SprintFest - 500m
Competitors will be required to complete 2 x 1km laps for the Long Course event, 2 x 750m laps for the OlyFest event and 1 x 500m lap for the SprintFest event.
Race start will be in front of the famous Rottnest Hotel and will be a deep water start. Competitors will swim in an Anti-Clockwise direction in the crystal clear waters off of Rottnest Island.
