Bike check In
Bike check in is on the morning of the event. Racks will not be numbered, it will be a first in first served basis. Please ensure you are aware of transition opening/closing times.

SPRINT DISTANCE 500M SWIM / 20KM BIKE / 5KM RUN Age 14+
ENTICER DISTANCE 150M SWIM / 8KM BIKE / 2.5KM RUN Age 12+
KIDS DISTANCE 75M SWIM 3KM BIKE 1KM RUN Age 7 - 11
The age category that you compete in is based on your age as at 31st December, 2018. The age categories are as follows
15-18 (MALE AND FEMALE) 19-29 (MALE AND FEMALE) 30-39 (MALE AND FEMALE) 40-49 (MALE AND FEMALE) 50-59 (MALE AND FEMALE) 60-69 (MALE AND FEMALE) 70 PLUS (MALE AND FEMALE)
1st, 2nd and 3rd will be awarded in sprint race, enticer race and rushfest in the above age groups
Rushfest winner will be determined by combining both races (sprint and enticer) and the person with quickest overall time is winner
We pride ourselves on providing competitors the opportunity to enter early, but then withdraw within a reasonable timeframe should their situation change.
Please ensure you are aware of the below refund policy on entering. This policy is part of the terms and conditions of entry. Any change to this policy will be made at the discretion of the Event Director, who has the final say and no further communication will be entered into once the decision has been made.
A 5% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw up until 24/11/18 A 50% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw between 25/11/18-25/2/19 A 75% cancellation fee will be incurred if you withdraw between 26/2/19-10/4/2019 NO refunds will be available after 10/11/18
Refunds must be requested in writing by emailing email@example.com
We understand that circumstances may change, so we allow entries to be transferred into another competitors name or for you to transfer your entry into the 2019 (or other Event people race)
A request for a transfer must be in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 10/4/2018. Under no circumstance may a competitor race in another competitors name.
RUSHFEST 2 X RACES
* All TA memberships must be valid at the time of check in. * Individual NON Triathlon Australia Members must pay the one day license fee on top of individual entry fee price. * If 1 or more team member is NOT a Triathlon Australia Member, the team must pay the one day license fee on top of the Team entry fee price.
Triathlon Australia Membership
Every athlete is required to hold a valid membership to Triathlon Australia or any other National Triathlon Federation in order to participate in the event.
Annual Members – If you hold a valid annual membership to Triathlon Australia for the 2017/2018 season please ensure you enter your membership number at the time of entry. Please note Triathlon Australia Memberships will need to be renewed for the 2018/19 season prior to the event.
One Day Members (ODM) – Athletes requiring an ODM will be required to purchase a ODM at the time of entry.
