Please ensure you are aware of the below refund policy on entering. This policy is part of the terms and conditions of entry. Any change to this policy will be made at the discretion of the Event Director.

Event People provide entry fees at a very competitive rate and therefore encourage all competitors to take Active.com registration fee coverage as part of the entry process to make sure you're protected if your circumstances change.

All entry fees are non-refundable. This policy applies to all entrants and is in effect (including but limited to) whether you are injured, have an unexpected family/business emergency, have a medical emergency, etc. If the course has to be changed, the race cancelled or the event time changed due to circumstances beyond our control, there are no refunds or rollovers. However, every effort will be made to conduct a modified event in a safe environment.

You do have the option to purchase the opt-in “Registration Fee Protection” through Active.com at the time of registration.

Registration Fee Protect is a registration protection program available through Active. Com. It is an opt-in offer that enables registrants to purchase coverage for the total cost of their registration and processing fees. If a registrant is unable to attend our event for a reason covered by the Registration Protection offer, they may contact Booking Protect to file a refund application and receive compensation.

Registration protection can only be purchased during the event registration process. The offer will appear on the payment page (immediately following the Order Details summary).  If an entrant decides later that they don’t want this protection, they can cancel up to 14 days after purchase, for any reason – no questions asked.

Receive a full refund of the purchase price and processing fee should you be unable to attend your event due to a specified reason, such as:
- Injury or illness
- Vehicle breakdown or theft
- Adverse weather resulting in travel warnings
- Work relocation
- And more

If you have not taken the Registration Protection Fee Coverage we allow entries to be transferred into another competitors name or for you to transfer your entry into the 2019 event.
